According to John Meroney from American Enterprise. "It's my passion to perform more than anything else, and I'm going to achieve it." Additionally, Evans wanted to succeed by returning to the traditional country tunes that were brought to life by legendary stars such as Patsy Cline, Hank Snow, Tammy Wynette, George Jones and Patty Loveless, musicians Evans considers to be among her top models. Evans had her first breakthrough in the late 1990s as many aspiring country singers turned to popular songs. her debut album, True Lies, was a prime example. True Lies was not a major success, despite it being well received by critics and winning an 1998 Academy of Country Music nomination for the most female-friendly vocalist. Therefore, for her subsequent release, 1998's No Place That Far, Evans made a bow to the producers whom persuaded her to extend her repertoire and finally earned the popular recognition she had longed for since her childhood. Sara Evans was a born in Columbia Missouri on February 5 7th, 1971. Sara Evans grew up in the company of six other siblings.
